SURVIVING AND THRIVING DURING TIMES OF GREAT CHANGE

 Presented by Martha Bryan

In the wake of unrelenting changes surging through the private, government, and not-for-profit sectors, today’s most urgent challenge has shifted. If you aspire to grow in your organ-ization, you shouldn’t be spending your time convincing yourself and others why change should be happening or why it should not be happening. You should be spending your time specifically designing a plan to address the conditions and challenges of change itself.

This presentation is about you and what you can do to make positive change happen for yourself and your organization. The program will focus on the link between purpose and change, getting you in shape, enlisting people to support you, to perform, help facilitate change, and enjoy the process.

Upon conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  • Describe stages of change in individuals and organizations

       • Maintain perspective throughout the change process

       • Understand the nature, importance, and inevitability of change

       • View change as a challenge and opportunity to grow

       • Build new positive attitudes towards change

       • Remain committed when times get tough

Martha Bryan speaks nationally and internationally regarding the development of human potential and personal excellence. Fascinated by what makes some individuals strive to be the very best, Martha has devoted her life to studying peak per-formers. She is a dynamic public speaker who is recognized for her informative and entertaining presentations.
